Extra Space Storage was incredibly helpful when I got locked out of my storage unit. They were able to replace my lock for around 20 dollars which can be a little steep, but it’s not outrageous considering how stressful being locked out is.

Excellent customer service over the phone which is rare. I didn't feel rushed at all. This storage facility is well kept and clean. I highly recommend this facility
