Nice, new, and clean facility. Excellent price too. No issues moving in whatsoever. I booked online, which saved me money, and receive everything I needed to access my new storage unit. A+ I’m transferring from Public Storage Zionsville (Northwestern Drive), which was not good. Seems like they were constantly raising the rates. Every three or four months my bill got bigger and buy as much as 20% from one month to the next. Also, it was very difficult to resolve any issue I had. There was never a representative on site and customer service by phone was never able to do much more than refer me to the downtown location, which is always staffed. F-

3rd unit I've rented from here and the process has always been easy. Had one hicup but one phone call for about 6 minutes cleared it up. Everyone has been pleasant to talk to when needed.
