Place was clean, and well kept. A bit pricey though, the first few months were cheaper, then around the 1 year mark it nearly doubled. Be aware that the place is not 24 hour access. I learned this the hard way during my initial move in. All in all, it served its purpose, but was a little pricey. Shirley at the front desk was wonderful to work with when I was cancelling my subscription.
