Had horrible experience with location of raceway road. High and frequent increases more than doubling my initial cost ( in less than a year) and when I cancelled and moved out (after notifying office ahead of time, scheduling move out and confirming on the app and calling and leaving two voicemails saying I had moved out, and removing my card from my file) they still billed me for the next month. Go elsewhere. This place is nothing but an expensive headache.
