flora store manager great costumer service quick fast process!! I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Flora, the storage manager, for going above and beyond to help me. From the moment I came in, she was extremely welcoming, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who actually cares about making sure a customer has a good experience, and Flora definitely falls into the second category. Moving and dealing with storage can already be stressful, especially when you have a lot going on and are trying to make sure everything is taken care of correctly. Flora made the entire process feel so much easier. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. Whenever I was unsure about something, she was willing to walk me through it and make sure I understood what I needed to know. What stood out to me the most was her attitude. Flora was kind, respectful, patient, and professional the entire time. Her customer service was honestly refreshing. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and made sure I felt confident about my storage situation before I left. That type of service really makes a difference, especially when you’re already dealing with the stress that comes with moving and storing your belongings. I also appreciated how knowledgeable she was. She was able to provide answers instead of making me feel like I had to figure everything out on my own.
