Excellent customer service across several Extra Space locations to get me the perfect spot. Tammy on Franklin Road in Indianapolis is a knowledgable, helpful, professional. She’s also just a nice person, which I found to be true of everyone at Extra Space in the process to get me the spot at this location. Prices are fair and reasonable. Location is clean and well cared for. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Tammy was absolutely wonderful from start to finish of our storage rental. I had filled out the information online to get started and she gave me a call right away to help me get my unit set up and ready to go. The entry is secure and super easy. Everyone was so friendly. And move out process was very smooth. I never had a single issue and will always use Extra Space from here on out for my storage needs.
