We needed a unit to assist with moving. Leasing a unit was super easy and the app makes accessing my account quick, easy, and stress free. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Tammy, at the Franklin Rd. location was a sweetheart and helped with all my needs. I was in and out in a minute. I would, absolutely, recommend ExtraSpace to anyone needing some extra room.

Quick and easy sign up online with lock conveniently accessible once account is established. The one time admin fee is a bit high for being able to sign the agreements online without human assistance for any of the process. Otherwise facility is secure and kept clean.
