Only because it’s not a 24 access they cut your lock off using the excuse it was backwards even when your not late they get in your storage for no reason an jack up the fees! no ty won’t ever go to this one in Martinsville again !!

***EDIT 12/02/2025: I spoke with the management at the facility, and they were able to offer me the standard rate for new rentals, which is far more reasonable than the price doubling. I appreciate the call, and I certainly appreciate you working to make it as right as you can. Otherwise, I've had nothing but a pleasant experience at this location. Prepaid for 6 months at the regular rental rate. As soon as the next billing period rolled around, they doubled my monthly rent, saying the previous price was an "introductory price". That was never mentioned during the rental process, and I specifically asked if the rates would remain the same, so it seems like a deceptive practice if so.

That was never mentioned during the rental process, and I specifically asked if the rates would remain the same, so it like bad business to lie to your customers in order to make a sale + get the contract signed.
