3rd update to my review and I wished I could give this a ZERO STAR review. On 8/17 I spoke with Cory. I advised him that all we wanted was our stuff back. My husband went there and the ONLY storage space that was still locked up was ours. He took a picture as proof. Since I still didn't get a call from district management, I phoned again and spoke with Tara H in CS. She advised me that it was documented that District Manager Kim (Campbell?) spoke with me mid afternoon around 3pm and I agreed to accept 2 months of credit in exchange. THAT IS A LIE and I can prove it. The only 2 calls with Extra Space Storage that day were with Cory. Both of those show in my call log. There is NO missed call from anyone unknown. Tara H asked for me to give them 2 days so District Management could get back to me - AND ONCE AGAIN THEY DID NOT. --- I gather they are forcing me to take next steps. I have a police report for theft filed. 2nd update to my review. The woman you hired to run this place called me today to tell me she was throwing all my stuff out. The unit is paid through November and I never received notice that unit 112 was also supposed to be vacated. Only H10. I filed a police report for theft and will sue this company for the loss. The loss that cannot be reimbursed are some very personal items, including my Father-in-Law's Shadow Box. Shame on you!!! Updating my previous review. We rented a 2nd unit there. This July I received a "bill due" email one day, and after I paid I received a "must vacate the unit" email over water intrusion. I advised went there and was told it was actually not water intrusion but they wanted to "update" the units. It took me a while to get to it, but when I did yesterday, I was told if I don't get the items out today, they would throw my stuff out. I paid for the entire month. There was clearly no water intrusion. That was very rude and unprofessional. I better get my money back. --- Original review: The young man there, Cory, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful.

Do not get a storage unit here a tornado hit the area and they threw all of my mom things out saying they sent a email for her to clear it because it was quote on quote messed up but still took out a payment while trying to get more info the lady Trisha or Tisha had the most nasty disgusting attitude ever and this is very distasteful she had no sympathy or remorse for someone who just lost everything they thought they had
