my experience was wonderful I purchased my unit online when I got there i had keys and no lock. I called and Mary was absolutely wonderful she gave me a new set. Very polite this place is clean and easy to access. Will be recommending to my friends

Mary at Extra Space has been nothing but amazing!!! She was so helpful! We showed up with a moving truck and the unit I picked was not large enough. Mary found the perfect size unit on spot and I cried happy tears. I highly recommend this location AND MARY!
