A very respectful gentleman named Trevor called me today simply because I was late making my payment and tomorrow I was gonna b charged a $20 late fee on a unit that costs less than half of that a month. For him to look out for me like that really made my heart happy. He didn't have to take time out of his day to help me save money. He went the extra mile and for that, I commend him!!! Most would have, obviously, kept that under wraps just to create the revenue for their company. He was more than kind and helpful. Not just accepting my payment but offering the auto pay and setting it up. He enrolled me in autopay on both my accounts to hopefully alleviate the çonfusion that I get trying to pay online for both units. I even made a blond joke as I am blond, but he didn't engage. He gave a lil chuckle but left it there. I'm sorry if you're blond. Hats off to Trevor!! Sabrina Howard

Trevor I believe his name is was very polite and understanding and helped me with everything I needed ive had my storage unit a year an half maybe even 2 years and never had a issue is definitely recommended storage express and if I ever left there and needed another storage unit down the line id definitely be using storage express again thanks Trevor I appreciate you
