Reserving a unit was super easy to do online. I got all the information online to access my unit. The mobile app is easy to use and I can access my unit via digital access gate access. The only issue was trying to figure out the location of my unit but once we figured out the first two numbers were location and the last 3 were unit numbers it was really easy to find. Update: after first three months doubled rent of unit. Went back online and rented same unit again for same price as before. Bait and switch scam. Do not recommend
