All I can say is real is rare and genuine people are hard to come by. Jessica is one of a kind not knowing me from a hole in the ground sat many of times on the phone with me and was very understanding and genuine over my situation when she didn't have to be. Due to it being a business and everyone wanting their money I can honestly say I appreciate this woman more than anyone knows. Not knowing me an being understanding in one of the hardest trying times of my life is something I'll remember for a life time. Me and my kiddos are forever thankful and grateful I'd most definitely rent through them again . It's a very nice an clean storage unit staff was very respectful . Messages were always given to the staff when I'd ask them to relay a message . I always received a call back. Above and beyond for my expectations . I rented with the one on hawkins road in Richmond indiana .
