I have never used a storage unit untill now. The process was very easy and the representative was very helpful in explaining the sizes. My unit was clean and easy to access. Storage Express has the best rates.

I had a change of heart with storage express, I thought it was lil pricey, but it's at a normal price- ish, that being said ,I have zero issues , the facilities are clean and everything works ??

I told them I wanted to check my spot out first because I wasn’t sure my boat would fit. They said it would and that there was only 1 unit left so I should just go ahead and purchase. I got there and my boat didn’t fit. They did give me my money back but wouldn’t refund the $30 app fee which I feel I should have got back.
