We’ve never had any real issues. Once or twice we’ve had a problem with code/gate. Everyone at the New Albany location has always been helpful. My only thing would be the monthly rent fluctuates quite often.

I really like this place for storage. Only one in the area that feels secure. Rates are reasonable and the guy at the desk was very informative and patient with all my questions. I've used this location a few times and will continue to any time I have a need.
