Moved in in 10/30 and saw roaches in the facility hallways on 10/31. It's infested. Went to the office it was closed early. Called the number no one would call me back. No one would come. Their only solution was to wait until Monday for the manager to be in. No reginal, no emergency contact person.... they are comfortable with your items becoming infested and ruined while they do nothing to address the issue. If your items have been there 30 days or more WALK AWAY!!
