Unfortunately, i have to adjust my ratings down from where it was previously based on my recent experiences from the new extra storage property managers. Higher prices snd less service hours after i already moved all my storage over to this location enticed by an extremely different picture marketed and promoted, only to switch it out once you have done the work to move in, with no notice of intended change of services communicated in advance.. When i expressed being unhappy about the changes the manager accused me of being “aggressive”. I guess it goes back yo everyone needs to pretend to be happy, “or else”. So don’t express any dissatisfaction with their service level or they will tell you to leave.
