Clean & climate controlled! I kept two side-by-side units for almost a year. Every contract I had with staff (which was only 3 times) was pleasant & very helpful. During the relatively short time I was there I received 2 notices about rent increases. The first one was only a few bucks a month, but the second one was almost a 100% increase! I contacted the facility & worked with someone (I don’t recall his name, but it could have been Ty). I explained that I was on a fixed income & only expected to be in the units for about 2 more months & asked if they could work with me on the rate. The young man explained that they periodically compare their rates to other similar facilities in the area & adjust their rates to stay in line with those, but that he would “do some calculating” to see what he could do for me. He called me back the next day to advise that he could make my increase around only $20/month instead of the notified increase which was going to be somewhere closer to $110/month. I’m so glad I made that call instead of having my usual knee-jerk reaction which would have been to move everything out earlier than planned & then have to move it all a 2nd time only a couple of months later! My last contract was with Ty who processed my move-out notice. Ty was super friendly & took care of everything on his end by the end of that same day. Even with the rate increases, I was still very pleased with the whole experience, the cleanliness & security of this place & I would recommend it!
