Lori has I have always felt that my property was safe and been fantastic in her communication and help. I have rented 3 different units over the last 6 years. From 10x30 on down. Have always felt my property was safe and protected there. Never saw evidence of pests or environmental encroachment into my units. I have been able to get a 26 ft truck as well as my quad cab truck with a 25 ft car hauler trailer in and out very easily. Absolutely would refer anyone to them for storage needs!

Lori was wonderful! There was an issue with the email that the customer service rep put on my account when I was getting the storage unit, and she helped resolve it very quickly. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Laurie at Extra Space Storage on 7720 Farley. From the moment we arrived, Laurie was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution. We are currently in the middle of a stressful move where it has felt like one thing after another just hasn’t worked out. Laurie completely changed that experience for us. She went above and beyond, taking the time to show us several different units, explain our options, and help us figure out what would work best for our situation. We never felt rushed or pressured—she simply wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been another stressful part of our move into one of the first things that actually felt easy.
