I absolutely have to give Brandy the recognition she deserves! Her customer service is truly above and beyond — 1,000%! Every time I have spoken with Brandy, she has been incredibly personable, understanding, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She doesn't just tell you what needs to be done and leave it at that — she actually takes the time to look for solutions and figure out what she can do to help you. Today was a perfect example. She helped me work through a payment situation and suggested an option that I honestly would have never thought of myself. Her goal wasn't simply to collect a payment; she was trying to help me avoid additional fees and keep my account in good standing. That meant a lot to me. I've dealt with several people over time, and while I've had others who were helpful, Brandy truly stands out. She makes you feel like you're talking to an actual person who understands that sometimes life and finances don't line up perfectly. She is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel like she is genuinely trying to help me as much as she possibly can. Brandy is an absolute asset to this company, and I hope management knows what they have in her. This is what exceptional customer service looks like.
