Luis was very informative and extremely friendly. I was a little shocked when I was charged admin fee, lock fee, and insurance fee. But overall great experience!

Luis at extra space storage was fabulous with my whole experience with extra space storage...I did everything online but had a couple questions that he was able to take care of with strong knowledge of the facility friendly personality and for once in this world someone who was honest and sincere....If you need storage space stop by extra space in Florence KY and see Luis you'll be glad you did...thanks Luis and extra space storage!
