I had to close out my unit this week due to not needing anymore. Tian, I cannot say enough good things about him! While I’ve had the unit, when my due for payment, I always got my reminder phone call which was much appreciated! In closing out my unit, he went above and beyond to help me get everything settled. His customer service was amazing! I have been a customer service manager for many years and I would take Tian any day! Thank you again Tian, you were amazing!!!!
