I went there last week to rent a unit and the two men there were very rude. Once I told them I didn’t want to purchase their insurance, they told me I would need to rent online. I couldn’t rent online that day because I was having issues with my phone. Needless to say, I just went to Public’s where I received excellent customer service.

I have been with Extra Space Storage for about 10 years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are very friendly and accommodating for whatever your need is. The grounds and units are very clean and spacious and it's gated,another plus, very secure, when you go in the gate comes down giving me a extra feel of security if I'm alone. The office has employees that are very knowledgeable and meets your every need. I looked around to other storages and found Extra Space was what I was looking for knowing I would be with the company for a while and have had nothing but the best experience in my 10 years with them. They are very secure and has great ground keepers keeping it nice and clean. I give them nothing but 10 stars even though they only ask for 5. Thank you Extra Space for accommodating me during these years. This is the place to be??????
