Great experience so far. Very easy to set up renting in a storage unit. Got a very friendly phone call the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. Storage facility is kept very clean and secure. Overall would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this storage unit! The owner there is amazing and so is the staff!! It is also in a very safe place!! A the first month is free!! One down side is the concrete. I do wish it was more smooth.

Pure Excellence.. Manager Rebekah was awesome...facility clean...outstanding with customer service.. By far exceeded my expectations as a business and management. The whole facility has been redone . Not only did they paint it also has new locks system more security. Plus during the storms and the inclement weather with flood warnings I can honestly say that they made sure that the grates were clean with no debris to keep mine and other residents free from having damage. I can say that I am very happy with the changes. When I do have to move my things I'm going to be quite sad because I will not only miss the business but the people that have working for them at extra space Storage. Until then I will keep being happy with services rendered a clean storage area space to put my things and always has the ability to have units available when I need them. So if you're looking for a storage unit that cares about your property and the safety of your belongings and they offer insurance at a reasonable price if you can't have your own. Not only do you get a key code with a gated electric fence entrance to let you know that your belongings are safe with the added security and codes. So you need to go to the Jeffersontown location on Taylorsville Road in the Heart of Jtown and rent from Rebekah and her team. You. I feel very safe and rest assured that when I open up an agreement for a storage space that I am to being taken care of all the way around. Everything is easy you don't have to worry about to be pushed around or excessive calls to rent from them they let you come in with the ease of everything I couldn't ask for a better location let alone a better team crew or business. You won't be disappointed and tell them Barbara Ann sent you.

We really enjoyed our time at our unit! They are always friendly and helpful, our unit was always clean and dry, and when we were ready to move out they made it super easy, and they prorated the rest of the month we didn’t use! Highly recommended ??
