My family has rented a storage unit at this facility since the mid-80s. We have enjoyed amazing, above and beyond service here for decades. It’s worth mentioning that my sister and I are managing our storage unit from two different countries that are six time zones apart. So sometimes coordinating account maintenance kind of stuff can be a little tricky. Regardless, we’ve always been well taken care of here. When we heard that the business had been purchased by a much larger company, we were admittedly nervous that the personalized service we’ve come to expect would diminish. While our relationship with the new company is still very new, the three interactions I’ve had so far have been wonderful. I wish I could recall the name of the gentleman I first spoke to, but unfortunately my notes on this are long gone (Jim possibly???). In any case, every person we’ve worked with has gone the extra mile. Today’s lifesaver was a helpful staff member named Alyssa. She very kindly answered all my questions, and she handled the special quirks of our particular account with ease. I hope this level of service continues here. They’re off to a really great start.
