This was the best experience I have ever had getting a storage unit. I have been using one place for over three years and decided to switch because a unit bigger than mine was cheaper than the one I had. It was also a whole lot closer. The customer in person service at the place i went to was amazing he had such a great attitude was friendly and welcoming. He made it straight forward and easy to understand and if we had any questions he was able to answer them to the fullest. Made the whole process of switching a lot less stressful and actually I am looking forward to it for once.

This is the place to go to for first-time storage renters! The place is tidy and clean, and an office manager is always on location. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tion helped me with every step of the process, and took the time to explain every step to make sure that I understood. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience!

We recently moved to the Louisville area from out of state and this is my first experience with renting storage units. The manager onsite Tion has been great! Tion was very helpful with making sure we had the proper size storage units for our move. On the move in day Tion was available for questions and made the experience less stressful. Also, the units were very clean. I highly recommend this facility!!
