Update- The only downside thus far is that your monthly price increases. I started out at approx $84 and now pay almost double that after having 3 price increases. I still recommend this facility it just helps to have the information going in. Otherwise the facility is nice, the unit was clean upon move in. Each person I interacted with was kind and helpful. Lindsey answered all my questions and was personable. I've never had problems with access and feel secure while on site.

The online reservation process for this location was user friendly. The follow up via email prior to my arrival was immediate. Upon arrival getting to my storage space was again user friendly. I did return back several days later to introduce myself to the staff and was greeted by the store manager Lindsey and assistant. They’re very friendly, kind and helpful with information about the storage space. To include welcoming me to Kentucky. It was truly a pleasure to meet them both. Oh by the way the facility is spotless clean and I enjoy the music playing throughout my moving.

I had a great experience at this location. It was always clean, and very easy locate and never questioned if my stuff was safe. If I need another storage unit in the future I will definitely come back. Also, Lindsey was an absolute pleasure to work with.
