????? 5 Stars – Excellent Customer Service and Facility! I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage! I spoke with Lindsay, the manager, and she was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making the entire process easy and stress-free. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and secure, with monitored security cameras near the elevators and convenient 24-hour access. I was also pleasantly surprised that they offer a military discount, which is a great benefit for service members! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Lindsay truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and convenient storage facility!

From the moment we arrived at Extra Space Storage, we were impressed with the facility and the level of customer service. Lindsay, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure we had all the information we needed and was happy to address my questions. The storage units were clean, and the property was well maintained. The security cameras near the elevators provide additional peace of mind, and having access to our belongings 24 hours a day is a huge convenience. It's also wonderful that they recognize military service by offering a military discount. It's refreshing to find a business that combines a quality facility with genuinely outstanding customer service.
