I am already a long-time customer with a storage unit at the 8002 Warwick Ave location in Louisville, KY. But I live out-of-state and was looking to upgrade my 5x10 to a 10x15. Calling the "Current Customer line" led me straight to Mr Corey Booker who hooked me up with this new 10x15 unit in less than 15 minutes. After a quick electronic signature via email -- of which I was not looking forward to considering my non-technical skills -- Mr. Booker stayed on the phone with me, walking me through it. This process ended up being a walk in the park. A bonus is that Mr. Booker is able to prorate customers. Again, as a long-time customer, and having worked with several of Extra Space Storage facilities, I love this location! Mr. Booker has been with Extra Space Storage for quite sometime, he is very patient, a great communicator and very professional. I look forward to continuing my services with them.

Isaiah was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the storage units. Despite my boyfriend and I coming after hours, Isaiah was patient and kind with us. He even helped us with our storage unit when encountering a problem of not having the right lock. I definitely recommend anyone needing a storage unit to come to this location.

I down sized 3 years ago and put many items in storaga with Extra Space Storage. Today I donated what was in storage to two (2) needy families. I was pleasantly surprised that my goods were in the same condition as when I stored them. Exceeded my expectations in all respects!
