I explained the situation and the representative ( wish I could remember her name) was very understanding. She and I spoke about the condition of the building and she was very concerned. Then she explained what she was going to do and we just had a great conversation about how nice the buildings are since the remodel. I did mention I used to work for ‘The Storage Center’ at that, and other, location years ago. All in all I felt she listened and was concerned and would do what she needed to, to take care of the situation. Below are some of the issues we talked about!

I paid for a 5x5 storage unit. Although it seemed very small , I was able to load a lot of personal items it there. I was able to utilize the height more than the length and width. Purchasing was extremely easy and the team Lead Joy made my experience all worth while. She was extremely professional, patient and soft spoken also with a little humor. SUPERB ! Customer service skills, she left a lasting impression. Anyone looking for a climate control, clean easy storage. Extra Space Storage should be your #1 choice !.. Thank you for everything ??

From the initial call to secure a storage unit reservation to the activation of the rental, I could easily tell this was going to be a great experience and securing storage space. The agent, Joy, was so kind and efficient in the leasing process and was able to provide helpful information regarding each of my questions.
