I've had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on Hessmer. Shannon has been incredible in helping me figure out exactly what I need—whether it’s size, timing, moving in, or adjusting storage as our family gets settled into our new space. I can’t recommend her highly enough. As for the facility, it's clean and easy to access. The only downside is that only one of the two elevators work. The elevator doors in the one that does work close really quickly, which makes it tough to get everything in and out smoothly.
