Just stopped in Extra Space on Hessmer in Metairie to reserve a storage unit for the beginning of August. Shannon was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have a unit at Extra space on hessemer, Metairie. I really appreciate the professional and courteous customer service I get at this place. Staff is so friendly and costumer service oriented. Well I can not say much right now they manger was very helpful and friendly I when they before I rented Actually to check the place out she walked us all around showed us the size storage places that we were interested in it’s one of the reasons I decided to choose extra space I like the way the facility is arranged I actually haven’t move my things in yet I am planning on doing that on July 21 and 22nd I am looking forward to it actually she showed us where the elevators were the bathroom facilities the storage carts where to pull the van in and told us if we needed any further help to come and ask her at this point in time I would recommend a place check back with me and maybe six months and I’ll give you an update thank you. At the closing of my account I have to say only price increase $197 up $275 when I leave other than that The facility is great granted mind you I have been having my storage there for a while and the increase was increased to the price over two different times but still a little steep so I had to pull my stuff out. I do recommend the place as far as it is a very good facility, but be aware that if you’re going to be having long-term storage, you will have price increases that is a given and something that you should be made aware of other than that the staff and the people there are great thank you so much for keeping my things safe and if I have storage needs again, I will come there thank you Carolyn Hemard
