I’ve been with Extra storage place for about two years now and I have to say that I haven’t had any problem so far the customer service is good. I can get in touch with everybody when I need to ,and I can speak with great people like Alexis. she’s very helpful. She’s a real nice person real kind and very helpful. She’s really great. I just wanted to say that about her. She put your mind at ease very much stress-free i really appreciate Alexis for everything because she really helped me today. She talk to me about my situation I was having .that I was confused about .and she really broke it down for me. So I can understand,She’s very respectful and I appreciate that so much.
