The storage area is very exceptionally clean, well kept and carts are always available. Lisa, the facility manager makes this entire store work. Her personality is over the top, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help how she can, I just cannot sing her praises enough. As far as the company itself, their practices are beyond deceptive and it seems that every time we turned around, the rates were increasing.
