Marvin was the most helpful during my time renting. Such a kind, helpful professional. Best part of my experience. I would not recommend getting a unit facing the interstate. Didn’t realize until I moved out but I had so much dirt covering all over my belongings and the unit also had a mouse problem. Also, the rates kept going up each year, but Marvin would always try to help me lower the rate a bit when I asked. Good, loyal tenants shouldn’t have to keep trying to lower their rates each year when advertising such lower rates online. That’s the biggest reason I had leave but also since I lived 3 hours away and needed a closer to home unit. Will miss my chats with Marvin! He is a valuable team member for Extra Space. Giving four stars because of Marvin.
