Awful. The only redeeming thing about this place is that they do in fact have storage units. Got a letter today saying that they’re jacking my rate by almost 75% after only renting from them for a few months. Was fed some line when I signed up and was asking if there’s a discount for referrals or students or anything, all of which no of course, that the rates could go down at any time. Of course the opposite is also true. Also really shady for them to hike rates January 1st when it’s cold and snowy and people are less likely to want to move their stuff. Can’t wait to take my business elsewhere. Do not rent from this business, find somewhere local, support small businesses, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Best service possible. My storage need was only for a few days, but I neglected afterward to go online in a timely fashion to terminate. However, the manager was aware of my intention and took the responsibility to terminate my service in time to prevent me from being charged an extra month. Really excellent.

Great experience getting storage space all arranged for an upcoming move to Portland! The store manager Cindy was welcoming and informative, showing me a few units that met my needs and at a reasonable rate. The facility is spotless with ample room for a large moving truck and crew to unload from. Thank you Cindy for making it an easy experience and getting a big item from my moving list checked-off!
