Facilities were safe and clean, service was always good, but the constant raising of the monthly rent specifically is what prompted me to close my unit. Felt like another big company taking advantage of consumers and blaming it on the rate of inflation. Nothing about the service improved with the added cost. Appreciated it while it was below a certain price but once it exceeded that the value was totally lost.
