Steven at Extra Space Storage is an exceptional Manager/Director. I had a situation where I didn’t fasten my lock properly and my unit remained open. I didn’t know and I got a call from Steven who does a visual walk thru every morning. I was out of town and instead of leaving my unit vulnerable he quickly replaced the lock free of charge for me. From the first day I decided to rent at his facility he gave me the best service. He personally gave me a tour, walked me to my unit and has been very approachable and available to assist with anything you need. I want to continue renting a unit here because of his exceptional service and friendly vibe
