We used five storage units for almost two years at this location. Andrew who works there is a fabulous young man. The facility is super clean and easily accessible. It’s also a beautiful location along the River and park. The only thing to be careful about: the fees get increased every couple months. What’s started out as $180/unit ended up $590 per unit as they raised our prices every few months.

Your positive experience with Andrew, our clean and accessible facility, and beautiful riverfront location means a lot to us, Brian. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the frequency and extent of rate increases and will share it with our team.

I've used several Extra Space Storage unit facilities before and most have been very clean and well-lit. This one is exceptionally clean and has an overhead light right in the unit itself, which saves me from having to set up my own battery lighting when I'm sorting. It's incredibly convenient to my home. This month, our family is starting a family room renovation, and I'll likely pick up a short-term unit rental in addition to my business storage to store the furniture from our family room while we are busy painting and replacing flooring.
