The customer support personnel go out of their way to provide outstanding service. I am very happy with the units I’ve rented also. Very clean . I also like the idea of the door security . Highly recommend!!!

We've rented 2 spaces for 5 months. The overall experience was very good. Ryan the manager couldn't have been more helpful. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Elkridge. They will still keep the 5 star rating from me, but they need to fix the other elevator with a quickness.

Ryan was very professional with me at all times and explained in detail all of my options. Ryan gave me the best deal he possibly could with staying under guidelines with his company.
