Brad Jones was wonderful. Facility was clean . Great first impression. He even gave me complimentary water. He was so upbeat and kind. I reserved a premium unit online after hours and wasn’t able to access my unit which left a very bad taste in my mouth being as though I paid for the unit and the stuff was packed in my U-Haul. So I had to keep my U-Haul an extra day. Brad customer service this morning made my day. He explained to me that the online portal wasn’t able to verify my address and gave me credit for the inconvenience. He explained everything thoroughly and kindly. Showed me my unit and got the lock prepared for me. I really appreciate meeting fellow entities like him. 10 ?? for him.

I had a rough morning when I tried booking online and was not having much success with the online option. Needless to say I had to go on site, I was not disappointed. Facility was very clean. The front desk staff Brad helped me with choosing my unit. I ultimately chose a wrong size. Grey was very helpful with showing me another unit that was bigger to fit my things. They were very patient with transferring me over to a new unit, showing me how to access and informing me on everything I needed in the event they were unable to assist. I cant thank them enough for a smooth move in! I highly recommend Extra Space. They employee extra great employees.
