Great experience with the staff , they are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting from Extra Space Storage. I had a question about the rate increase since I had been renting only a few months and the representative let me stay at the rate I initially had. She didn’t know why it was increased, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Again I recommend ESS for your storage needs.
