I recently purchased a unit from the storage auction and I was in route to pick it up and ran into a little car trouble at which time I contacted Chris and he was so customer friendly and forthright he told me not to worry to take care of first things first and let's get off the side of the road and made it conducive for me to reschedule for another day for pickup this is a trait that is almost extinct in the world we live in today to find someone who is genuinely concerned about someone else and their well-being before business is refreshing I recommend that anybody who hasn't done business with extra space do that because they definitely know how to vet and hire kudos to Chris and the rest of the staff

I had a very pleasant experience at Extra Space Storage. The young man was very informative, polite, cheerful, respectful, helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. He answered any questions I had during explaining the services the company offered. I was taken on a tour of the facility as he explained the rental units benefits. I really enjoyed my visit at the Storage facility that I'm going to extend my temporary lease of my unit. I will recommend friends, family, co-workers, and strangers to lease from Extra Space Storage should I ever be asked if I know of any.
