I’ve had the pleasure in dealing with (Lucky & Ryan) who runs the Germantown location. Both gentlemen are always a big help when I call or go in the office location. They’re very informative and punctual with any questions or concerns that I ask/have, and they always conduct themselves in a very friendly and professional manner. However, the company alone is very frustrating, due to the fact that their storage rates jump sporadically. It can be quite a nuisance when someone (myself) is trying to budget their finances and/or manage their money. I mean honestly, we can’t catch a break with these Extra Storage up charges. I can’t wait to get my belongings out of this storage. The first up charge that I was hit with, I started to take all my stuff out and bring it back home, but my fiancé talked me out of it. I felt so cheated, I went from paying the promotion rate to 3 months later paying an additional $100 dollars “pretty freakin outrageous..!” However, as far as the Customer Service from Lucky and Ryan at the my storage location. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10! If there were an option for better rates for loyal customers, I would choose and recommend this location/company every-time, just because of the awesome customer service! Extra Storage, it would be greatly appreciated if you all could work on this matter! Note: I gave a 4 star rating based on the the company’s up charges but Customer Service gets a 5 star ??!!!!
