I want to take a moment to recognize Jinesh and Lucky for the exceptional customer service they provided during my visit today. I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of the patience, professionalism, and genuine care these two gentlemen showed me. Unfortunately, my experience with Extra Space Storage at a Frederick, MD location has been extremely disappointing. After discovering a rodent issue involving my belongings, I made several attempts to address my concerns with management but felt dismissed and unsupported. Even my attempts to contact corporate repeatedly routed me back to the same store manager. Out of frustration and not knowing where else to turn, I decided to visit another location, and I am genuinely so glad that I did. From the moment I spoke with Jinesh and Lucky, the difference in customer service was night and day. Both gentlemen were incredibly patient as I explained my situation and asked numerous questions. They took the time to explain company policies, clarify how procedures can differ between locations and districts, and provide recommendations on how I could appropriately elevate my concerns. At no point did I feel rushed, dismissed, or as though I was inconveniencing them. Beyond answering my questions, they assisted me with enrolling in autopay and even helped carry my boxes downstairs. While some may consider these small gestures or simply part of their job, I cannot emphasize enough how much they meant to me given everything I have been dealing with. Jinesh and Lucky, thank you both for turning an incredibly frustrating situation into such a positive experience. You restored a level of confidence in this company that I had honestly begun to lose. I truly hope your management and corporate leadership recognize the value you bring to your customers. Your patience, professionalism, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and I am genuinely grateful
