I wish I could give ZERO stars my friend has all that’s left of her parents in a storage unit they claim she’s behind she has proof she is not behind they want 317 dollars or it goes to auction she explained she can pay that next week then they send her a letter it goes to auction in 48hours so November 6th they are giving her zero time to get the money to pay it off so now some stranger is going to get everything that is left of her parents who are both deceased that’s all she has to remember them by and all this company cares about is the greed and what they can make off of auctioning things that mean zero to anyone else but mean the world to her corporate was called and they are just as heartless as the people who work at this location. IT IS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING THE LACK OF MORALS OR COMPASSION FOR OTHER HUMAN BEINGS ITS ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN MAKE OFF OF HURTING OTHER PEOPLE
