I've been renting space here for a three years. It's a stellar facility, generally responsive customer service. The rates match the zip code so I pay a bit more for the size than I would in other neighborhoods for convenience... less than 10 min drive from home/work. They have consistently attempted to increase the rate without required notice or schedule and will not commit to a flat long term rate, so monitor your account closely and confirm there policies and practices re rate increases in advance and writing. Take the time to read the lease agreement line for line (don't rush/be rushed through it) AND get a paper copy BEFORE walking out the door. The links don't always work and they don't archive if moving between rooms.

Luis has been EXCEPTIONAL. Ive never seen this type of customer service in a storage store before. This man deserves a raise. Hes helped me so much in many ways getting my rental unit. Luis Mamani, the store manager is extremely helpful with any questions and is very fair with cost and keeping customers happy. He cares about his job and is very considerate and straightforward. The facility is older but well run and I’ve had no issues in over 10 years here.
