the Negatives. My 2 star review is strictly on the facility itself and the website's description of the unit. The facility has a drive thru ramp that allows you to get vehicle out of the weather and closer to your storage unit for loading/unloading which was a key point for my choosing this storage provider. Unfortunately the bay door on this ramp is broken and you can't access this storage facility with your moving vehicle. Facility manager said someone drove into the bay door and it would be down for several months (why months??) even though it appeared to be mechanically intact. I had to unload my stuff outside and push everything up the inclined ramp and through a narrow access doorway which was very inconvenient. One of the security gates into the main facility was broken and stuck wide open thus negating the ability to be secure! I believe a vagrant slipped into the facility while I was moving as he exclaimed his pass code wasn't working and slipped thru while i had doorway propped open. Again the manager said someone drove into and broke that gate. Now the unit itself. I rented just a small 5'x5' unit. However, the unit is only 5'x4.5' clipping away a 5'x6" chunk of perceived storage space or room to navigate/pivot larger items into unit. My advice is if you have the time, take you tape measure and actually go visit several storage facilities as I'm sure the website descriptions have stretched the reality of the situation to make sales. I had limited time and did my research and comparisons on the computer. I chose this facility due to the price listing and its proximity to my home. The Positives. The facility manager was likable, very professional, and helpful. the online registration process was quite easy. I didn't like the additional $$ charges that are added into the rental total, but those are supposed to be a 1 time enrollment type fee which I expected. We'll see if my 2nd months rate/charges drop back to what I originally expected. I would totally give this review more stars if this facility can achieve the required maintenance in a timely fashion.
