The only reason why I cancelled my account with Extra Space Storage. The rent kept increasing. With the small size I was renting. It wasn't worth paying close to $200 per month. Brian the office manager was wonderful to work with. He was so understanding. Brian is very professional and he have great customer service skills. Overall renting from Extra Space Storage is a safe and secure environment to place your personal belongings in.

I had the best customer service at this location ! Any other place i have been to just trying to get info on a storage, it wasn’t properly explained to me; Not here, the manager Brian was so nice and polite! He literally explained everything so understanding. Thank you again Brian for your great customer service, there’s not many like you around. Keep up the hard work!

Brian, the store manager, is the absolute most professional and courteous customer support person that we have encountered in a long time! He is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and efficient. His demonstration of excellent customer service skills is refreshing! He was patient with us during our decision process and all of our questions and he showed us that he cares about his customers. This interaction helped to lessen the stress of moving and assured us that we made the right decision in selecting this facility. Did we mention professional? First I would start off with my mother came in on August 31st to get a unit.The store manager she had on that day was Brian Bryant showed my mother a unit she loved it reserved it..Okay move in day which was on September 2nd once she arrived and went to the unit the wrong unit she ask for a 10×15 or 10×20 when we get to the unit it's a 9×10 Now that's where the problem come at when you have movers and on a time schedule costing more money longer mover then expected .THANKS TO MARQUIA SHE WAS THE ONE WHO MADE IT HAPPENED WE REALLY APPRECIATE HER!!!

Marquia made my day by helping me secure a unit that I needed at the last minute before closing. I was coming from work and just knew I wasn’t going to make it to the store on time, but she help me still never complained, no attitude, and had very efficient help.
