I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brad, Greg, and most recently, Shay and each of them has been truly exceptional. Today, Shay was especially compassionate and helpful when I called regarding a family matter. She took the time to listen with genuine empathy, clearly explained what she was going to do, and told me exactly when she would call back with a resolution. Even more importantly, she kept her word.
