Great experience! I did almost everything on the phone. Because I could not get the lease docs to let me sign on my phone, I physically went to my chosen location. A very helpful man named Venjo helped me sign my docs, gave me copies of my lease and my lock and got the process completed for me.

Venjo is amazing! He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The facility is brand new. It’s clean, well lit and climate controlled, which is a big plus for more storage requirements.
