Place is always clean, I feel my items are secure. I needed another unit and Sarah reached out quickly to follow up with me and even helped me get a unit near my current one. When I stopped in Robert was there to help me with securing the second unit and he was pleasant and helped me finish the process quickly.

Rented online, it was quick and super easy. Checked in at the office and Sarah was super friendly and very helpful. Showed me to my unit, she also explained about the app to remotely open the gate, as well and showed me how to use the lock. Just started renting and I'm blown away with the customer service and ease of use for everything with this company.

Just a quick shout out to Robert at Extra Storage facility on Old Harford Rd for a speedy response in fixing the drain grate in front of where we store our camper. Had this not been fixed we would not had been able to back our fifth wheel in our storage space.
