$$ Price increased a couple times a year and switched to a smaller unit weeks before the previous contract ended and did not receive a credit, refund or money transfer. Customer service rep did not advise us in advance. Money wasted. Received a response below, was advised to contact the office We stopped today .What another waste "Trayvon" initially stated he couldn't find any dates so it appeared we stopped and started the same day. We went to the car, pulled the messages and went back. Trayvon then stated, if we paid for August but left in July, no refunds or credit, since we used part of the month (We moved on 9/9) we would nit get any money back. Fortunately, we are are leaving this weekend. #LessonsLearned!

BEWARE: This company lures you in with a reasonable introductory price for your storage unit, but when it’s time to renew your contract, they double the price. They don’t send an email notice. Instead, they mail a tiny postcard that looks like junk mail or an ad. Luckily, I happened to open it and discovered a 100% price increase. When I called to address the issue, I was told someone would call me back and that they’d “work with me.” No one ever did. When I followed up, I was told they made a small adjustment of about $20—but it’s still more than $70 a month higher than what I was originally paying. Extremely disappointing and misleading.
