They increased my rate but I did not get any notification about this increase. I checked my mail, email, and online account but nowhere did I find any notifications about this rate increase. When I spoke to the storage manager and he told me that they mailed it and it's not their problem if I did not receive it in the mail. He also said that he can't help me about this rate increase because it came from the corporate. Storage manager at this location is not only rude, but also very unprofessional.
