I have been a longstanding patron of the facility and customer service have been first-rate throughout my experience. The professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of not only the storage space, but also the entire facility, entry accessibility, and availability of accessories to assist in the movement of items have been consistently superb. The store manager, Carlton, keenly exemplifies the foregoing points about the staff, including extending courtesy, knowledge, and skills all of which he conveys to the customer in a congenial manner. Furthermore, the Extra Space App has added immensely to the customer experience for interactions both on and off site.
