We use Extra Space storage in MD on Newell. Excellent customer service was provided by Carlton W. And Brittany. Both were very helpful in answering questions about my short term rental. They should give lessons. Because of them I continue to utilize this location and business.

I went to this location on March 1st to open a small unit. I received great service and the entire process was easy and painless. Carlton was wonderful to work with! It was an extremely rough week moving and this was the highlight of what I had to do. No issues and everything was straightforward!
