Great experience with Mike very friendly and helped me lower my cost. Since this falls on corporates And I’m not going to give them a bad review but my cost for the unit that I was renting went up over $175 more after three months no notification. Mike was able to help me move out of the unit for a smaller unit which was very nice but shame on corporate on there end. I’ve rented with a lot of different companies and they’ve never done that before. If the same thing happens with my new unit after three months, I’m going to have to go with a different company, unfortunately. Customer service is really great here though So it would be a shame.

Moving is never an easy process but after speaking with Michael, the process became easier. His knowledge and customer care is above the bar. Easy access and a clean unit. I only wish this location has 24 hour access. Other than that, this place is a gem and Michael is gem to this business.

My experience over the phone with Michael Spencer was awesome. He helped me book my storage incredibly quickly, and was kind and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Would definitely recommend this service in the future. ***Update May 2024: I unfortunately had to terminate my contract and move out of my unit this month due to a massive price increase. As I said above, the staff was kind and respectful. However, the per month rental cost went up by $100 without any notification, which forced me to have to vacate the premises on principle. I had only been in the unit for a couple of billing Cycles. Really sad that they would do such a thing after only a couple of months. Can't possibly expect someone to continue renting the unit with such a major price increase after such a short amount of time. Truly unfortunate.
